So this happened. An article on my blog got featured on the September ish of Playboy Philippines. The Gray Son was the third essay I wrote for this blog I created after the death of my grand aunt
, Tita Vicky and present a perspective of the world where I live and what I’ve become, what my choices meld me.
It’s always cool to have your worked amplified to have a wider reach. More importantly, It’s astounding how the piece i wrote fits the whole picture or message that the magazine was trying to convey. My blog is about as random as my thoughts could get. I like how it is set up but I hate myself for not writing enough. I am so critical of the ideas I come up despite the warm response I get. And besides, I already set this table as Prolific Nonsense from the Prolific Nonsense Propagator (Google it), but still, the conflicts that happen in my head is a microcosm as that of the whole world.
I really hope the excitement of this pursuit doesn’t fade because that’s what I do…
But for now, as my friend keeps on telling me, I’ll just keep on keeping on.
