Lost in a Glass of Musk

The greatest disappointment is
To never realize
What needs to be learned

What needs to be learned
To enable to explore
To protect from failure

To protect from failure
These ain’t real but a temporary status
That can only be overcome
By constantly moving

By constantly moving
From beach front to the edge
Which is another beach front
Maybe a hurdle
Numb and irate

Numb and irate
The audience laugh in unison
But can’t find reason
To unite
For a cause to save ‘em
We, collectively, not necessarily for the same reason
 Just want to be entertained

We just want to be distracted
From the world we never understood
And still wrongly classify those who can’t swim as fast
As impaired and dumb
Because we never took time to learn why they’re here
And the wander a lifetime lost
